Welche Rolle spielst Du in unserer Erfolgsgeschichte?

Aktuell suchen wir ein neues Mitglied für unsere IT-Abteilung als Frontend Developer (w/m/d). Du bist dafür verantwortlich, ein reibungsloses Nutzererlebnis auf unserer digitalen Plattform zu schaffen. Optimierungen und Problemlösungen gehören zu Deinen täglichen Aufgaben. Mit diesen Aufgaben unterstützt Du die IT-Abteilung:

Als Frontend Developer bei Engel & Völkers Digital Invest bist Du für die Erstellung und Pflege unserer bestehenden Crowdinvesting-Plattform verantwortlich.
Gemeinsam im Team arbeitet ihr daran ein einzigartiges und wettbewerbsfähiges Produkt zu schaffen, um unseren Kunden ein herausragendes Erlebnis zu bieten.
Deine Frontend-Fähigkeiten ermöglichen es Dir, mit einem scharfen Auge für Details und Kenntnissen über UX ansprechende und schöne Benutzererlebnisse zu schaffen, die dazu beitragen, die User Journeys zu verbessern und die Umsätze auf der gesamten Plattform zu erhöhen.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Optimierung unserer Anwendungen hinsichtlich Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Leistung und Skalierbarkeit und bringst eigene Ideen für neue Funktionen ein.
Du bist proaktiv und bringst Ideen und innovative Lösungen für Probleme ein und hilfst bei der Definition eines Entwicklungsprozesses als Teil eines wachsenden Teams.

Wie Du uns im Sturm eroberst

Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung von verbraucherorientierten Webanwendungen, Diensten und APIs.
Das Arbeiten in der Programmiersprache Javascript und ES6/7 stellt für Dich absolut keine Herausforderung dar.
Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit mindestens einem komponentenbasierten Frontend-Framework sammeln können. Bereits vorhandene Erfahrungen mit Angular wären ein großes Plus und runden dein Profil ab.
Du weißt was mit Unit Testing gemeint ist und hast bereits Erfahrung damit.
Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

What is your role in our success story?

Currently we are looking for a new member it our IT department as a (Senior) Frontend Developer (f/m/d). You’re responsible to create a smooth user experience on our digital platform. Optimizing and problem solving is your daily to do. With these tasks you will support the IT department:

As a Frontend Developer at Engel & Völkers Digital Invest you will be responsible for creating and maintaining our existing Crowdinvesting platform.
You will work with colleagues to help shape a unique and competitive product as well as deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.
Your frontend skills allow you to create responsive and beautiful user experiences with a keen eye for detail and knowledge of UX, helping to enhance the user journeys and increase conversions throughout the platform.
You are responsible in optimizing our applications regarding usability, performance and scalability by introducing your own ideas for new features.
You are proactive and contribute ideas and innovative solutions to problems along with helping to define a development process as part of a growing team.

How you convince us

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience developing consumer-facing web applications, services, and APIs.
Working in the programming language Javascript and ES6/7 is absolutely no challenge for you.
You have already gained experience with at least one component-based front-end framework. Existing experience with Angular would be a big plus and round out your profile.
You know what is meant by unit testing and you already have experience with it.
You have business fluent language skills in English (spoken and written) and good German skills would be desirable.
A working permission for Germany is necessary.
